You can book participation in a SUP course / SUP tour directly via the booking platform of the website www.Aloha-Pirates.de.

After you have decided in the booking system on www.Aloha-Pirates.de for a SUP course / a SUP tour, you must complete the contact form completely and at the end by confirming the "BOOK" button to complete your order!

The number of participants between the ages of 6 and 18 is also inquired to determine the minimum life jacket requirement for this course / tour. In the "News" section you can send Aloha Pirates some important information.

If you would like to book your SUP course / SUP tour by email, MAIN-SUP will also need your contact details, the total number of participants and the number of participants between 6 and 18 years old.

Upon receipt of your booking via the website, you will receive a confirmation of registration with the final information about your course booking or tour booking you have submitted on the website to the e-mail address provided by you. After receiving our registration confirmation, the data entered by you can no longer be changed and can not be supplemented. Book a SUP event

Rent SUP material

For a rental fee, Aloha Pirates awards SUP equipment. The current prices for material rental can be found on the website www.Aloha-Pirates.de. The listed price is the final price incl. The current legal VAT of 19%.

If you want to use the rental at the Aloha Pirates stations in Mannheim and Heidelberg, you must be in possession of an Aloha Pirates SUP license. You will receive this license after successfully completing a SUP or Aloha Pirates SUP tour. Owning the Aloha Pirates SUP license is not required for equipment rental at the other Aloha Pirates Stations, as there is no commercial shipping in the designated areas for the use of the rental equipment. For the duration of the rental, an official identification document (identity card, passport, driver's license) must be deposited at the rental station as a deposit.

You can also borrow SUP material from Aloha Pirates for your vacation trip. For this we ask for prior contact to the appointment.

The opening hours of the rental at the SUP stations depend on the weather conditions and the water level of the Neckar and can be queried by contacting Aloha Pirates on the respective day.

Safety / Conditions of participation / Recovery / Liability

The use of water sports equipment and accessories in the context of rentals, offered courses, tours, events and events is at your own risk. The participant declares that he is a swimmer and is physically, mentally and physically able to participate in the offered course / tour / rental / event / offered event.

Children under the age of 6 may be accompanied by an adult and must wear a life jacket (provided by Aloha-Pirates). The accompaniment by an adult may be waived in individual cases from the age of 14, provided that the parent or guardian has given her consent and Aloha Pirates also represents this decision in individual cases. In the case of minors, the written consent of the guardian must be provided. Unless the minor is accompanied by an adult, the telephone number of the guardian must be provided with guaranteed accessibility at the time of the event / course / rental.

The participant may only stay in the areas specified by Aloha Pirates with the water sports equipment and has to obey the instructions of Aloha Pirates or its vicarious agents. Before participating in the rental, course, tour, event or event, each participant must sign a participation form; for minors by the legal representative. Cancellation
